PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (Dr. Petrit Dollani )

In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of local administration (management) and local governance in Albania (general lines of decentralization reform and documents of decentralizing sector policies, commented legal basis for local governance, organization and functioning of local units, corresponding functions and services, fiscal decentralization, local finances and budgeting process, organization of services, territory planning and city planning rules, inter-communal cooperation, poles of economic and urban development and policies of regional development, local administration, projects management and investments planning, LEADERSHIP, Leaders in Albanian reality; Leadership development and styles of leaders, responsibilities, values, visions.

Specializing students will conduct 42 hours in total, from which: 32 classes, 6 hours independent work and 2 hours testing.

Course duration: 3 weeks; Attendance: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 17.30 - 19.30).

Courses will be conducted in Albanian.

Specializing students will be provided with the ISSAT Institute Certificate, which is recognized by Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities.
